Refund policy
Overview
Jingle Joy may, at its sole discretion, allow returns on certain items.
Any return eligibility described below is voluntary and not a legal entitlement.
Customers must submit any return request within 14 days of delivery.
Submitting a request does not guarantee approval.
Return Eligibility
A return may only be considered if all of the following conditions are met:
- The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and free of any signs of use
- The item is returned in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories
- Valid proof of purchase is provided
- The return request is submitted within 14 days of delivery
- The item is not listed as non-returnable
Failure to meet any of these conditions will result in automatic rejection.
Return Request & Authorization
All returns require prior written authorization from Jingle Joy.

- Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted and may be refused or returned at the customer’s expense.
Approval to return an item does not guarantee a refund.
All returned items are subject to inspection upon arrival.
Inspection & Final Decision
Once a returned item is received, Jingle Joy will inspect it.
A refund will only be issued if the item:
- Matches the approved return request
- Is received in acceptable condition
- Fully complies with all return requirements
Jingle Joy reserves the sole right to determine whether a returned item qualifies for a refund.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Customers must inspect their order immediately upon delivery.
Claims for damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photographic evidence.
Failure to report issues within this timeframe may result in denial of the claim.
Resolutions, if approved, are determined at Jingle Joy’s discretion (refund, replacement, or alternative solution).
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are strictly non-returnable:
- Perishable goods (food, plants, flowers)
- Custom or personalized products
- Personal care or hygiene products
- Hazardous or flammable materials
- Sale items, clearance items, and gift cards
- Seasonal or fragile items (including but not limited to holiday decorations)
No returns will be accepted for these items under any circumstances.
Exchanges
Jingle Joy does not offer exchanges.
Approved returns (if any) must be refunded first.
Customers may place a new order separately at current pricing and availability.
Refunds
If a return is finally approved after inspection, refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
- Refund processing time: up to 10 business days after approval
- Additional delays caused by banks or payment providers are outside our control
If 15 business days have passed since approval and no refund is received, customers may contact contact@jinglejoy.shop.
Fees, Shipping & Deductions
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- Payment processing fees and similar costs are non-refundable, unless prohibited by applicable law
Refunds, if issued, apply to the product price only, subject to the above deductions.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Customers agree to contact Jingle Joy first to attempt resolution before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in refusal of future service.
All chargebacks are handled in accordance with payment provider rules and this policy.
Final Authority
Jingle Joy reserves the right to:
- Deny any return request
- Refuse refunds that do not meet our conditions
- Update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice
All decisions regarding returns and refunds are made at Jingle Joy’s sole discretion, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
